Riverside House is an incredibly luxurious 4 bdrm/3.5 bath 2500 sf million-dollar home located directly on the Blue River. This former Bed & Breakfast is beautifully decorated, and boasts river views from nearly every room in the house. Riverside House is located in the Warriors Mark area, near the south end of town. Away from the hustle & bustle of energetic downtown Breckenridge, Riverside House is one of the few homes in the area that sits directly on the Blue River, due to the way the river bends. Even though this beautiful home is somewhat secluded, the free shuttle bus stops at the nearest corner, only a half block away.

This large home sleeps 12-14 very comfortably and privately. The master suite, located on the river level, boasts an overstuffed 4-poster king-size bed. It also has a large, private bath with double sinks, a walk-in closet, and a jetted jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a private bath, and opens to the upper deck, overlooking the Blue River. The third bedroom has a double bed and 2 twin beds, a private bath, and opens to the same upper deck overlooking the Blue River. The fourth bedroom contains 2 twin hand-made log beds. Everyone can fall asleep to the tune that the river plays.

The home contains 3 separate living areas, 2 with gas fireplaces and televisions. All 3 overlook the Blue River.

The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with the best appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware.

The home also comes with 2 large decks with incredible views, a 5-person hot tub, gas grill and extensive deck seating. Additionally, you will find a large laundry room, and an oversized 2-car garage.
