The Corral 306S is a luxurious 2 bdrm/2 bath 1200 sf penthouse condominium located at the Corral at Breckenridge South building. This spacious condominium sleeps 6-8 very comfortably. Our corner unit is located on the top floor (elevator access) of the South Range building. Enjoy the rustic log and moss rock exteriors and the fine granite finishes of the interior, combined with supreme views of the Breckenridge Ski slopes from your private deck. Open living room with vaulted ceiling features a gas log fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR and cabinet filled with movies for your viewing pleasure. Next to living room, the attractive, modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware and dinnerware. Equipped with in-floor radiant heating, each room has its own thermostat control. Full size washer/dryer in the laundry room off the hallway.

While this property is located on the free shuttle route, it is also just a 5-7 minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift. Just a short walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge, The Corral is also close to the Peak 9 Base, only a 5-7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift. Alternatively, the free shuttle bus stops at the nearest corner, only a half block away.
